Celtic Chakra's new CD "An tÓr Geal" is now available through this Web Site's CD-Shop. The CD is available since Jan 2012 so it is new and hot!! It took the best part of two years to finish and the band are happy that they spent so long working on it because they are now happy with the finised product. The CD includes lively tunes and songs as well as mystical sounds and songs in the Gaelic language. Some of the material is traditional music, mainly from Ireland but also from Scotland, Nova Scotia, Brittany or other Celtic corners of this planet. On this CD one can hear that the band have developed as composers because there are newly composed instrumentals and songs which came about through colaberative creative work by the band. The CD includes a song which is sung by a guest singer and close friend of the band, Eamonn Bonner from Glenties, Co Donegal, Ireland. Eamonn sings a beautiful version of "Caledonia". Anyone who is open to acoustic music will find pleasure in the tones and sounds of "An tÓr Geal". Enjoy it!
